Week 15

Just a brief post this week, as I have just arrived in Thailand at the start of a two-week holiday with the family.

I am finding that eastern food, especially Thai, Indian and Chinese are all a godsend, and many dishes go down really well.

I am really looking forward to Thai chicken noodle spicy soup, tom yam gai.
